Terms of sale and site use
The terms governing orders, payment, production, delivery, content and use of the Rogue Collective site.
Draft for legal review. Merchant entity, governing law, tax handling, cancellation windows, warranty language and dispute terms must be completed before launch.
Orders
An order is accepted only after payment verification and fulfilment validation. A client-side success page does not confirm payment or production.
Artwork and content
Rogue Collective artwork and site content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Availability
If a paid item cannot be fulfilled as ordered, Rogue Collective will contact the customer. A different blank product is never substituted silently.
